Do you ship worldwide?
We now ship to many destinations across the world. The destinations can be found below along with approximate delivery times.
What are your delivery costs?
UK Delivery is FREE for orders over £40 or £2.95 for orders under £40. International Delivery charges will be applied at checkout. The delivery cost will be charged only once per order, at the rate for the product in the basket with the highest delivery charge.
Will there be any extra charges for international delivery?
PLEASE NOTE: If shipping internationally, taxes, customs and import duties may be charged. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if the customer refuses the delivery on arrival in their country. Customs fees are calculated by the price of the package, so there is little we can do to offset these international charges. We have worked hard to make shipping as affordable as we possibly can for international customers, but they must be aware of the possible charges once their order arrives in their country. If you would like an approximate calculation of the customs & duties charges to be expected prior to placing your order, please email connie@contouracuts.co.uk and we will provide you with an approximate quote.
What are the delivery times?
Our delivery times vary depending on the product. Please also note that different types of products (e.g. wall art and apparel) will be delivered separately, as per the delivery times below.
Dispatch Times
Papercuts & Foil Wall Art:
We estimate these items will be dispatched within 3 working days. Once the order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Other Prints:
We estimate these items will be dispatched within 7 working days. Once the order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Apparel:
Please note that our apparel is made to order, therefore will take 5-7 working days to be made prior to dispatch.
