What are the payment options?

Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to many countries across the world. Please note that taxes, customs and import duties may be charged on delivery of international orders. See our Delivery Information page for more details on customs charges and a full list of countries we currently ship to.
The artwork I want to order is out of stock. Can I get notified when you restock?
Absolutely. Please head to the contact form by clicking here. Enter your email address and which artwork you would like to order, and we will send you an email when it is back in stock.
What is the shipping time?
We usually estimate your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days. However, orders placed between 9th-18th October will be dispatched on 19th October. This is to give the artist behind the scenes a well-deserved rest. Once the order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Thank you for your patience and understanding. What is your return policy?
Our returns policy lasts 14 days from delivery. You are eligible for a return or replacement if the delivered product is defected, or the incorrect product was delivered to you. Please click here for more information.
Does the artwork arrive framed?
You can opt-in for our framing service by purchasing one of the beautiful Moxon Magnetic Print Frames crafted from sustainable FSC wood from our online store. These lightweight frames use 90% less materials than traditional poster frames, and secure your wall art in place via super-strong neodymium magnets in seconds.
Do you have discount codes?

What are the sizes?
As we are only just starting out, at present we only offer our pieces in A2 size. We are in the process of developing a range of designs in multiple sizes. Subscribe to our mailing list here and we’ll keep you updated as we launch any magical new products.
Am I able to order a design in a different colour?
Due to the intricate nature of the work, each piece costs us quite a lot to make. Therefore at present, we only stock each design in the shade of card shown. However, we are looking into offering the designs in multiple shades. If you have a specific request we may be able to accommodate your needs. Do you offer wholesale prices?
