Our returns policy lasts 14 days from delivery. You are eligible for a free replacement or partial refund if the delivered product is damaged in transit or delivered defective. The refund amount will be dependant on the severity of the damage. The amount owed will be refunded to your original card of purchase. We will also happily replace your order if you happen to receive the incorrect item.
If you are dissatisfied with your order or wish to return a product, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be more than happy to try and resolve the issue. In your email, the following information must be included:
Your order number or proof of purchase
A detailed explanation of the situation and reason for return or replacement
Photographs of the damaged product and packaging
Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable. If you request a replacement, Contoura Cuts will ask you to cover the cost of shipping the replacement product to you. We may also require you to return the product to us. In this instance, you will also be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We will specify our return shipping address by email to the original purchaser. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
